"Hi, My name is Nick and I am a Tassie boy and one half of the whisky blogging duo Whisky Waffle. While I have tried a range of wonderful drops made in our country, until recently I had never sampled any Bakery Hill. So when I stumbled upon a range of bottles in a bar, I figured I should rectify this.
