A smoky version of the fan favourite Double Wood delivered with higher abv for richness and intensity. 

Metamorphosis - 48% abv

The first Bakery Hill whisky matured in ex-muscat casks. The sweetness of the muscat is balanced with the earthy smokiness of the peated spirit. 

Festive Double Wood - 55% abv

Our Christmas release for 2023, an unpeated whisky where the spirit was first matured in rare uncharred American Oak casks before a light finish in virgin French oak. 

These will quite likely be the last opportunity to try these unique Bakery Hill expressions.
