This classic single malt begins its journey maturing for up to seven years in American Oak ex-bourbon barrels, developing smooth vanilla and honeyed notes. It is then transferred to a virgin French Oak ex-wine cask — carefully shaved back to bare wood and lightly toasted — to draw out the natural character of the oak itself, rather than the flavours of its previous contents.

Each barrel is matured and bottled individually, ensuring every drop captures the full depth of flavour without blending.
