We were exceptionally lucky to have acquired a fresh Muscat Cask from an acclaimed winemaker (and his creative kids) which we filled with 6 year old Peated Whisky. A further 2 years maturation in the French Oak has produced a delightful sweet, salty and peated Single Malt Whisky ready for your enjoyment.
Metamorphosis

The sweetness of the Muscat is balanced with the rich, earthy and delightfully smoky elements of Bakery Hill peated whisky. This whisky perfectly encapsulates the seemingly magical process of transformation taking place over time in the quiet and peaceful darkness of a special and very loved oak barrel.
Only 280 bottles were drawn from this special barrel.
