Eldorado Cask Strength
Eldorado, the Golden One – Eldorado Cask Strength dials Bakery Hill's first whisky matured in ex-fortified wine barrels up to 11.
Bakery Hill trademark Classic spirit matured in American Oak ex-bourbon barrels for 3 years, before spending 12 months in apera (Australian Sherry) barrels from Seppeltsfield in the Barossa Valley.
After soaking up complex flavours inspired by the iconic wine region in Spain, the whisky was then carefully re-casked back into American Oak to soften and refine for an additional year.
The result – layers upon layers of apera goodness with the traditional weight of clean bold Bakery Hill single malt whisky. Enjoy neat or with two drops of water.
Each bottle includes hand written production notes and limited edition collector tasting card.
Very limited quantities available.
Eldorado Batch 1 represents the first instalment in Bakery Hill’s “Seasonal” release series.
