The first ever release selected by and exclusively for our Bakery Hill Whisky Enthusiasts. After sampling a number of casks onsite, our esteemed tasting panel has selected a unique 3rd fill ex Australian Sherry (Apera) cask previously used for our Eldorado whisky.
The cask provides a beautiful balance with delicate sweet and soft fortified wine elements, and enriching the spirit with a fragrant perfume reminiscent of a classic Japanese blend.
The whisky has been bottled at 56% abv - the strength we believe showcases the very best of the spirits' nose, flavour, complexity and balance.
