For the 2025 release, we’ve selected an exceptional cask from our bond store:
Barrel #413 – a 225L first-fill ex-red wine cask from Napa valley, seasoned with our 4-year-old Bakery Hill classic whisky, originally matured in ex-Bourbon oak.
This is the first time Bakery Hill whisky has ever been matured in this style of cask—and it’s available only through the Gold Strike hand-filling experience.
The whisky is drawn and bottled at its natural cask strength—a bold 65% ABV—delivering a one-of-a-kind tasting experience.
While you fill your bottle, enjoy a dram of the whisky straight from the barrel and hear the story of its creation, from grain to glass.
To commemorate the occasion, you’ll personalise your own Gold Strike 2025 label and apply it to your bottle—making it truly yours.
