Little French Pete
Little French Pete celebrates the best elements of American and French oak whisky maturation with a generous dose of Australian goldfield spirit. Inspired by the success our Double Wood, we decided to try a special peated edition - but this time reversing the process. We matured the whisky in virgin French Oak barrels for two years first, before transferring to heavily charred American Oak barrels for another decade. The result is a mildly peated and undoubtedly ‘magnifique’ whisky.
