Here's your opportunity to strike gold!

For the first time in Bakery Hill whisky history we are opening up the opportunity to come into the distillery and handfill your very own bottle of one of our finest single malt whiskies. 

Over a special four days in October, we will have barrel #238 in place and ready for your steady hand and eye.

Fill your bottle, cap/seal and hand label your own bottle of Single Malt whisky, over 8 years old, at a natural cask strength of around 63% abv.

We will commemorate the occasion with a hand-written message and signature on the label from one of the Baker family distillers.

Handfilling Dates
Friday 18 October 12-7pm
Saturday 19 October 2-7pm
Friday 25 October 12-7pm
Saturday 26 October 2-7pm

Upon purchase you will receive a confirmation email, and your name will be added to the register for marking off when you then drop in over the listed bottling dates.

NOTE – If you cannot make it to the distillery on the given days, feel free to purchase and leave us a comment in the “notes” section of the online order page. We can then arrange a day and time for you to come in and bottle your whisky or work out another suitable plan.

• First fill 200L Ex-Bourbon (Jack Daniels) cask
• Bakery Hill classic unpeated spirit distilled and barrelled in May 2016
• Approx 63% abv

Important note - there is only a limited amount of whisky in this special cask, so don't snooze on this one. We will remove the offer as soon as the bottle allocation has been exhausted
