For the 2026 release, we’ve selected an exceptional cask from our bond store:
Barrel #232 – a 100L first-fill American Oak Ex-Bourbon cask that holds the second filling of the famous "A Wisp of Smoke" - a celebrated release from 2017.

Whilst the original release was restrained on the peat levels, this whisky is a powerful and expressive beast and clocks an impressive unadulterated abv of 64.5%. Definitely not a whisky for the faint of heart.

This cask was filled in July 2012, so maturation comes in at a whopping 14 years. 

While you fill your bottle, enjoy a dram of the whisky straight from the barrel and hear the story of its creation, from grain to glass.
